action steps to address these issues are the
topics discussed.

Summaries of each of the discussions, action plans and goals
are provided.
Follow-up
Built into the program to monitor implementation of action
steps and to determine whether expectations were met.

A summary meeting is held with the team leader and
oftentimes, by way of telephone or e-mail,
with each team
member.
