Clete Moll, CPA is a seasoned professional with 33 years experience with Arthur Andersen, LLP, culminating in the position of Assurance Partner. Before his retirement in 1999, he served
as audit engagement partner for over 50 healthcare organizations ranging in size from 50 to 1000 beds and directed a variety of projects.

Since 2000, Clete has served as an accounting and business consultant working with clients in a variety of industries. His energetic, people-oriented approach combined with strong management expertise inspires trust on the part of his clients in solving problems, enhancing operations, improving productivity and managing risks. 

Clete has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, Missouri, Indiana and Iowa, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois and Missouri CPA Societies and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Tom Murray, EdD is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur who has worked in the health care field since 1968. A former high school teacher, counselor and administrator, he was Corporate Training Specialist at Abbott Laboratories, served as Assistant Vice President for Medical Center Administration at Loyola University in Chicago. Tom then served as Vice President for Planning and Construction Services at Alexian Brothers of America. He was Executive Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship at Northern Illinois University and later the Executive Director of Career Transitions Center of Chicago.

For the past nineteen years Tom has consulted extensively in health care, specializing in developing strategic plans, feasibility studies, and project management. His enthusiastic, hands-on style coupled with his ability to interact positively with board members, staff and administrators has produced project results consistently on time and at or under budget.

Tom holds both a Masters Degree and a Doctorate in Educational Administration and a Bachelors Degree in History and Psychology.

Brian Wright is an accomplished entrepreneur currently operating event services and media design companies. He has worked in the industry of event services since 1989 and has over twelve years of customer service experience. His project management, planning and leadership skills have helped launch start-up companies in varied markets.

Before managing his own companies, Brian was the Director of Marketing for Class On Demand, a distance learning and video-based training company. His effective approach to market research, competitive analysis and product planning helped establish the business in the creative and broadcast media industry. 

His thoughtful, caring and engaging manner during the initial contact and interview phases of his business has allowed him to motivate and build trust with both his corporate and private clients.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, with an emphasis in personality and social psychology.
